How to Install & Activate Your eSIM in 3 Minutes (Step-by-Step)

You just bought a DaqiToken eSIM. Now what? Here is the complete activation walkthrough — no tech skills required. ⏱️

Install and activate your eSIM — Three steps and you are online

Step 1: Get your QR code 📩

Right after checkout, we email you a QR code and an installation code. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 5 minutes.

Step 2: Add the eSIM to your phone 📲

Device	Path
iPhone	Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Scan QR
Android	Settings > Network > SIMs > Add eSIM > Scan

Step 3: Turn on data roaming 🌍

This is the step everyone forgets. Go to your mobile data settings and enable Data Roaming for the eSIM line. The eSIM is already a local plan, so you will not be charged roaming — this just lets it connect abroad.

💡 Pro tip: set the eSIM as your data line but keep your home SIM for calls and SMS. That combo keeps WhatsApp and maps working flawlessly.
