Welcome to eSIM Activation Help. Before posting, check the three items that solve most activation problems:
- Install while online. Add the eSIM to your phone before you leave home, using Wi-Fi or your normal mobile data. The profile needs a network connection once.
- Turn on data roaming. Travel eSIMs are roaming profiles. On iPhone: Settings > Cellular > your eSIM > Data Roaming. On Android the path varies by manufacturer, usually Settings > Network & internet > SIMs.
- Pick the travel eSIM for data. Leave your home SIM active for calls and set the travel eSIM as the mobile data line. Disable “Allow Cellular Data Switching” to avoid accidental roaming charges.
If the eSIM shows “No Service”, try manual network selection, then restart the phone. If the QR code was already used, do not scan it again: request a new activation code from support.
When you post, include your phone model, iOS or Android version, the destination country, and the exact error message. Screenshots help. You can compare plans on the eSIM store, and destination notes live under eSIM destinations.
